"Love Me Like You Do" by Sandaru Sathsara

 


Take Ellie Goulding's 2015 single "Love Me Like You Do."

Add a harmonium.  And a sitar.  And a tabla.

Substitute in vocals that are either comedic genius or are radiating a heightened sense of confidence.

Voila!  You have this cover by Sri Lankan YouTube sensation Sandaru Sathsara.

I'm all about this cover, but I'm glad that Goulding's version was used on the "Fifty Shades of Grey" soundtrack, because Sathsara's version is more or less the epitome of a libido destroyer.
