Philadelphia, Pennsylvania indie rock band The War on Drugs take on the 1987 single "Touch of Grey," originally by Palo Alto, California jam band Grateful Dead.
Not really feeling the Dylan-esque vocals, because, seriously... Bob Dylan tries not to sing like Bob Dylan.
Then the harmonica comes into play, and it makes up for the seeeeeenging voice.
'Cause it's alright.
